Dana White on UFC 196: “I don’t see how McGregor wins this fight” (Video)

UFC 196 is nearing ever closer, fans on both sides of the fence have weighed in on who they think takes home the gold. It's rare that UFC President Dana White gives predictions on fights, but speaking to At The Buzzer host Andy Nesbitt, he did just that: "I don't see how he (McGregor) wins this fight.. he's the 145 pound champion, he could stay right in his own lane, this guy is moving up to 155 to take on an animal who destroyed Cowboy Cerrone and Anthony Pettis."

  As a former Cage Warriors Lightweight Champion McGregor is no stranger to fighting up a division, whether or not he has the same success in the UFC remains to be seen. Could this be a sign of White's frustration with Conor for moving up a weight class? Traditionally the UFC have tried to discourage a champion from doing just that. With these comments it certainly seems this way. UFC 196 takes place on March 6th at the MGM in Las Vegas, Nevada.
